We consider the microphysics of violence as a power device that consist an act of excess in power relationship. Among the most victimized, social categories are young people of different social strata and class. Therefore, the school appears as a node of condensation and explosion of economic, social and political crisis. We defend the Dialogic Dynamics hypothesis facing the violence as a problem to be worked in a pedagogical process. This juvenile life marked by social conflicts puts society on the need to develop practices of negotiation and conflict resolution, in an effort to understand the hidden meanings of violent acts. To the teenagers, the recognition becomes a relevant issue, not only as a fundamental process in the construction of the psychic apparatus, but as a demand of recognition by another, which reaffirms the otherness in the social life. In this perspective, it is important to fabric strategies for coexistence of all the social actors in the educational space, incorporating the experiences of young people and trying to broaden the respect of difference.
